The Jims USA Rocker Bushing Line Reamer is a precision tool used to ream rocker bushings to a factory fit of .0007″-.0012″ in line with each other. This reamer is capable of a 24 finish or better.

Instructions:

1. Remove the rocker arms and rocker shafts from the engine.
2. Clean the rocker bushings and the rocker shaft bores.
3. Insert the reamer into the rocker shaft bore and turn it clockwise until it is fully seated.
4. Ream the rocker bushings until they are a snug fit on the rocker shafts.
5. Replace the rocker arms and rocker shafts.
