40507 is a black, fast curing urethane adhesive designed for automotive plastic repair. With a 50 second work time, 40507 is an excellent choice for quickly repairing bumper brackets, tabs, headlight buckets and grills. It may also be used for bonding backer panels, moldings emblems and most small plastic, metal and aluminum parts.

How to Use

1. Prepare the surfaces to be bonded by cleaning them with a degreaser and wiping them dry.
2. Apply a thin layer of 40507 to both surfaces.
3. Press the surfaces together and hold them for 50 seconds.
4. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before handling the parts.

• 40507 is a flammable material. Keep it away from heat and open flames.
• 40507 can irritate the skin and eyes. Wear gloves and eye protection when using this product.
